Was registered as the first Share Registrar in Rwanda.

Successfully processed the first ever fully dematerialized IPO in Rwanda. Currently providing ongoing registrar services including dividend payment, AGM management, shareholder correspondence and submission of regulatory reports. We have successfully paid 8 dividends and managed eight annual general meetings.

Appointed as Share Registrar and Processing Agent for the Bank’s IPO which was listed and commenced trading on 1st September 2011.

Appointed to act as the IPO Share Registrar in the Deacons Kenya Limited Private placement process.

Oversaw the listing of the Company and subsequent commencement of trading at the Nairobi Securities Exchange Currently providing ongoing registrar services including EGM, AGM management, shareholder correspondence and submission of regulatory reports.

We have successfully paid three dividends and managed Annual General meetings since 2010 to 2019.

Appointed as the Share Registrar by the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) in 2012, we have been providing ongoing registrar services, including dividend payments, AGM management, shareholder correspondence, and the submission of regulatory reports. Notably, we managed a bonus issue for the NSE in 2016 and have successfully processed five dividend payouts to date.

We were appointed to provide receiving agent and registrar services for Kenya's first Real Estate Investment Trust (I-REIT) IPO and introduced the country’s first automated IPO services, enabling automated batching and reconciliation for real-time reporting. We continue to offer comprehensive registry services, including dividend payments, AGM management, shareholder correspondence, and the submission of regulatory reports. Additionally, we have successfully handled four income distributions for ILAM Fahari I-REIT.

We were appointed the processing agent and Share Registrar for the UAP Group's public offer transaction as the firm entered the OTC market in Kenya. Since then, we have continued to provide comprehensive registry services, including dividend payments, AGM management, shareholder correspondence, and the submission of regulatory reports. To date, we have facilitated four dividend payouts and managed the company's Annual General Meetings from 2012 onwards.

Appointed Registrar for the world’s first ever retail bond to be issued through the mobile phone which was done by the Government of Kenya. The process involved simplifying complex back-end algorithms and formulas into simple USSD self-service menus for subscribers. EFSR’s role involved planning for the roll out of the bond, facilitated mobile based registration of members of the public, verification of subscribers, reconciliation of funds with mobile network operators and Receiving Bank, creation of the Bonds Register, provided daily updates to the Government and other stakeholders and handled shareholder queries. We successfully facilitated the 3 Re-issuances of the Bond, paid interest during the three years of the bond and managed coupon redemptions for the Issuances.

Involved in the advisory role of the dual listing transaction of Atlas in Nairobi securities Exchange and London Stock Exchange.

Appointed processing agent and Share Registrar during the private placement for Flame Tree group. Currently providing ongoing registrar services. We managed a Bonus Issue for Flame Tree in 2016.

Appointed share registrar by Kurwitu Ventures Limited and Currently offering general share registry services.

Appointed share registrar by I&M Holdings Plc. Currently providing ongoing registrar services including dividend payment, AGM management, shareholder correspondence and submission of regulatory reports. We did a private placement for I&M in 2016 and we have done seven dividend payments and a bonus issue.

Took over registry functions for the NewGold ETF listed at the NSE. The services are provided under the Lead registrar Computershare Limited based in South Africa. Services offered include submission of regulatory reports and transfer of units between the JSE and NSE.

Appointed registrar of the first Green Bond in Kenya. Currently providing ongoing registrar services including register management, shareholder correspondence and submission of regulatory reports.
