- EFS Registrars Ltd (Formerly CDSC Registrars) is a private company that was duly incorporated in Kenya in 2009, and in Rwanda in 2010, both being former subsidiaries of the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation, Kenya (CDSC)
- Is a member of Escrow Group, a diversified Pan African FINTECH group offering Banking Solutions, Securities Trading & Settlement Solutions and Registry Solution.
- Over the years, EFSR has grown to become one of the largest providers of share registry and investment administration services in Kenya and Rwanda.
- In Zimbabwe, Corpserve accounts for almost 42% of the market share.
- Corpserve administers 81.8% of the total value of all securities listed. Total value was $160 billion as at 30 December 2020
- Technology is at the heart of what EFSR does. We believe in taking solutions from Africa to the world.
- Our share registry systems are now running in Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
